We help both developing and established nonprofit organizations meet the training needs of their Volunteer Coordinators and volunteers respectively. At Intrinsic Nonprofit Training, we work with nonprofit organizations specifically to help attract and retain volunteers, by designing volunteer training programs that cater to volunteer’s both intrinsic rewards and motivations. This can either be accomplished by providing additional support to the organizations Volunteer Coordinators, or providing a direct training intervention for the volunteers themselves.
